The Client agrees they are of legal age and assumes full responsibility for any payments made for this service.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at their discretion. If a commission is canceled by the Artist, the Client will receive a full refund (see “Cancellation & Refunds” section).

The Client will receive a full-resolution digital file of the completed Artwork (e.g., .png), as well as a smaller watermarked version for online use. The source file will not be distributed, and no physical goods will be shipped unless explicitly agreed upon.

The Artist maintains creative control over the Artwork and is not obligated to strictly adhere to all Client requests, allowing for artistic interpretation.

The Client agrees to provide appropriate credit to the Artist when using or sharing the Artwork.

All copyright and intellectual property rights of the Artwork remain entirely with the Artist.

The Artwork itself remains the property of the Artist, even after delivery to the Client.

The Client is granted only the rights explicitly agreed upon (personal and content use, or commercial use if purchased separately).

The Client may not claim ownership, redistribute, sell, or modify the Artwork beyond the agreed usage.

The Client must provide clear references (images preferred over text descriptions), including requested size and intended use of the commission.

Optional details, such as character personality traits, may be provided to ensure the Artwork reflects the character accurately.

Full payment (100%) is required upfront before work begins.

Any payment-related fees (e.g., transaction charges) will be added to the total cost.

Additional fees for complex add-ons or special requests will be discussed with the Client before invoicing.

If the Client requires a deadline within two (2) months of commissioning, a rush fee of thirty percent (30%) will apply.

Completion times may vary depending on the nature of the Artwork, the current commission queue, and the Artist’s availability.

The typical timeframe ranges from two (2) weeks to two (2) months after payment has been received, subject to workload and complexity.

The Client may request Work-in-Progress (WIP) images at any time during the commission.

Revisions or changes made during the sketching phase are free of charge. If the Client and Artist cannot reach an agreement after up to three (3) sketch passes, the Artist reserves the right to cancel the commission and issue a full refund.

Revisions or changes requested during later stages of the commission may incur an additional fee, depending on the progress of the Artwork.

Once the final Artwork has been delivered, any revision requests not caused by an error on the part of the Artist (including, but not limited to, forgotten details, incorrect depictions, or color adjustments) will incur an additional fee.

Revision policies may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

The Client may not sell, redistribute, trace, modify, or claim ownership of the Artwork. Any use beyond the purposes agreed upon is strictly prohibited.

The Artwork may not be used for AI-related purposes or uploaded to AI databases or sites. NFT usage is strictly forbidden.

Commercial rights, which allow the Client to monetize the commissioned Artwork, are available for an additional fee, typically equal to the original commission price (100%). For larger projects or corporate clients, the commercial fee may vary.

The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions that include hard NSFW content, furries or anthropomorphic characters, offensive or hateful themes, graphic gore, or styles that deviate significantly from their usual work.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after payment is received, so Clients should carefully consider their commission before making a payment.

The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time. In such cases, a full refund (100%) will be provided, or alternative terms may be discussed privately with the Client.
